What four days give you — and what they cost you in driving
The four-day tour covers the Garden Route from end to end and then turns back: Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo, Knysna, Storms River at the eastern end of the route, and the game lodge near Albertinia on the way back west. That is a lot of road for four days. The product page gives no distances or driving times, so plan for long stretches in the vehicle on day 3 and day 4 in particular — the return leg runs from the lodge via Hermanus to Cape Town. One reviewer describes the transport as comfortable for the long drives.
In exchange you get the places the three-day itineraries leave out: Knysna, the Bloukrans Bridge and Tsitsikamma, with a night in Storms River Village rather than a day trip there. The Bloukrans Bridge is where the bungee jump takes place; the product page lists the bridge as a stop, not the jump.
The Garden Route Game Lodge: know what to expect
The last night is at the Garden Route Game Lodge, the same private reserve that the two- and three-day Bokbus safari tours visit. Reviewers of the two-day lodge tour praise the lodge and the game drives, and some describe it as a good first taste of safari. Four critical reviews of that tour say it did not feel like a real safari — they mention a small park, fences between some animals and lions that are fed. It is a private game reserve, not a national park, and sightings are not guaranteed. If a national park is important to you, the five- and six-day tours include Addo Elephant National Park — see Garden Route and Addo tours.

Check before you book
The inclusions we could verify for the four-day tour are the guide, transport, accommodation with the last night at the game lodge, and the Cango Caves entrance. Meals and group size are not confirmed in our check — look at the inclusions on the product page before booking. Free cancellation runs to 24 hours before the start.

In short
Knysna and Tsitsikamma are the reason to go? Then four days is the shortest guided option on this site that lists both, with a game lodge night at the end. Three days get you Route 62, the Cango Caves and the Wilderness coast. Five days with Bokbus add Addo Elephant National Park — with the Addo entrance fee on top.
